Refund policy

Mannix Sports wants you to love your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.

Mannix Sports accepts returns up to 14 days from delivery. In order to be eligible for returns, items must:

• Be in new, unopened condition
• Be in original packaging

All returns must include a valid RMA. You must follow the exact process outlined on our Returns page and no products should be sent back to us without contacting us first. Unwanted items being returned are contingent on the buyer being responsible for all return costs. We will organise and pay for the return and then take the appropriate amount off of the refund amount. For most items, the returns process will not cost the buyer more than around £10. 

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us directly. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed but will usually be possible within the 24 hour timeframe. After 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel and you will have to return your item in order to receive a refund.
