Mannix is located in the Birghton & Hove area and has an industrial unit at Newhaven Workshops where all are products are manufactured and assembled.

Mannix sports is a start-up fitness products company based in the UK. We design, manufacture and sell everything from dumbbells to weight benches. Our core aim is to bring style and aesthetics to traditional fitness equipment.

At this stage, we are an online only company as we have just launched. However, we intend to open a showroom soon. In the meantime, we will be looking to hire pop up retail spaces in the south east to showcase our products. Sign up to our newsletter for up to date details.

When making a purchase via our website, you will need to provide your email address, name, phone number, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to the email address registered when making the order.

We take pride in providing the fitness market with unique and stylish designs. Our dumbbells and plates feature a bright nickel coating and all our products feature beautiful hardwoods like American walnut.

If you have placed your order within the last 24 hours, please email us at contact@mannixsports.co.uk asap in order to cancel your order. After 24 hours, it may not be possible to cancel an order as we would have already begun processing it.

If you are able to pre-order a product, there will be a product page on our website dedicated to taking preorders. Preorders will usually be avaliable up to 3 months before a product release. In order to receive updates on new products and preorders, please sign up to our monthly newsletter.

If you pay by PayPal you will be elibigle to apply for PayPal credit when making your purchase. This credit is not provided by Mannix and is solely provided by PayPal independently.

If you have a discount or promotional code, please enter it into the relevant field during checkout. If your code is not working, then please contact us via our "Contact Us" page.

You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods:

Google Pay, Apple Pay, AMEX, PayPal & all standard debit & credit cards.

Your order will be charged in GBP.

We run a make-to-order operation, meaning your product will be added to our manufacturing line once your order has been placed. Lead times are usually around 5-7 working days for your order to be completed and dispatched. Once dispatched, your order will take 24-48 hours to be delivered.

If your order is substantial, lead times may be longer but you will always be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order if this is the case.

If you have received an order and would like to return the item, please email us on contact@mannixsports.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our team will then process your return and provide you with all the necessary information.

Once you have posted the return, it should arrive back with us within 24-48 hours. We will then process the return within 48 hours and provide you with a refund back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, at present we can't facilitate order collections from our premises.

However, our plan is to open a showroom or retail premises at some point in the future and we hope to make collections possible then.
