Changed your mind?

You can return your order at any time within 14 days of delivery.

If you want to make a return, then simply email contact@mannixsports.co.uk and provide your original order number alongside a quick message saying you would like to make a "change of mind" return.

Our team will send you all of the relevant paperwork and courier labels to complete the return.

All our returns our managed by parcelforce, You can select "drop off at post office" or "collect from my address" when making the return. If you opt to drop the return off, then you will have 7 days to do so before the label expires. If you opt for collection from your address, you will need to provide a date on which you will be available at your address to hand over the parcel to parcelforce.

Please note: returns for any of our weight benches are "collection from your address" only and cannot be dropped off at a local post office.

The buyer will be responsible for the all return costs which for most orders will be £10 or less. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

All products must be returned in their original condition with no cosmetic wear or signs of use visible. Further deductions may be made from the refund amount, if products are returned in materially worse condition than they were sent in.

Item arrive damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty here's what you need to do.

Contact us immediately after delivery on contact@mannixsports.co.uk. Quote your original order number and label the email as "item received as damaged" with a small description of the damage that has occured. Then attach at least two photos to the email clearly showing the damage that has occured.

Our team will then get back to you to provide a resolution.

Please note: contacting us as soon as you receive the item and providing two photos as evidence is very important in cases of damaged items in transit. Our courier will require this in order to process a claim for the damaged item or items.

Other important returns info

Do I need access to a printer to make a return?

Yes, as you will need to print the return label we send you. If you cannot access a printer then please contact us so that we can provide an alternative method.

What are the processing times for returns?

Once initially requested, we will usually get back to you within 24-48 hours. After completing the return, we will initate a refund within 3-5 working days after receiving the products back to our warehouse.

How long do I have to request a return?

For "change of mind" returns, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. If your order arrived damaged, you have 7 days to notify us.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive the funds back to the original payment method.
