Why Mannix Sports is different: It's all about time

Recently my piano teacher said to me that the best way of practicing and improving is to do little bits of practice as often as I can.

Play through a piece once while the kettle is boiling. Do a few scales while I wait for my toast to be ready. The same approach could be useful for lots of people when it comes to exercising.

If like so many people you really don't have much spare time in your day, exercise can be really difficult to make happen and understandably it takes a back seat when you're busy.

But what if you could slot workouts more easily into your day? You don't have to spend hours in the gym to move your body and feel the benefits. Ten minutes of lifting weights while your pasta boils. A few sets of squats before you grab a shower in the morning.

Doing this every day could do wonders for your health without you needing to change a thing about your life.

This is where Mannix Sports comes in.

We've designed fitness equipment specifically to look beautiful in the home - each product is handmade and features walnut wood as part of the design.

So instead of stashing your gym equipment away after using it, and having to get it all out again if you want to work out, Mannix customers are enjoying putting their products on display, and having them to hand in their home whenever they want to use them.

It may seem small but it's the same theory as laying your exercise clothes out the night before so you go on that run you promised yourself you'd do first thing in the morning. The fewer barriers we face and the easier we make it to fit exercise in, the more likely we'll actually do it.
